She is a member of the American College of Pediatrics, and the American College of Rheumatology, and actively collaborates with the Arthritis Foundation and CARRA (Childhood Arthritis and Rheumatology Research Alliance).
In 2023, Dr. Padam played an active role in the JIA-Uveitis Work Group and was selected as a fellow member of the Ethics Committee.
